Starfish scoop 2015 UDIA (SA) Awards
Starfish Developments has scooped two major UDIA (SA) Awards including the prestigious President’s Award.
Starfish picked up the High Density Award for Avenue, St Clair, its first foray into apartment development, after the judges recognised the quality of the project’s design, vision and use of its unique location alongside St Clair Village and Railway Station.
Avenue was also recognised for being the most outstanding project across all 11 category winners and picked up the President’s Awards.
Avenue architects Chasecrown also picked up the Professional Consulting Award for its work on Avenue.
It’s a major achievement for Starfish Developments, which has only been operating for five years, and has gone on to develop some of Adelaide’s most significant high density projects including Vue on King William and bohem.
Starfish is also working on plans for its Woodforde project – a joint venture with Devine.
Starfish Developments Managing Director Damon Nagel said the company’s success was testament to the hard work of its team and the demand from local buyers for high quality medium and high density developments.
“This is underlined by the strong sales across all Starfish Developments projects”, said Mr Nagel.
“Quality design is part of Starfish’s DNA.”
