Sought after Hamilton Hill hits market

This weekend saw the grand public sales launch for Hamilton Hill, the new housing development at Woodforde. The Scottish themed event onsite at 25 Glen Stuart Road attracted hundreds of keen buyers, all interested in what the master-planned community had to offer.

Greeted by the tunes of a smartly dressed bagpiper in full highland attire, visitors to the opening enjoyed a tasty Scotch breakfast and freshly ground coffee.

Damon Nagel, managing director of award winning developers Starfish Developments, said,

“We’re delighted with the response we’ve had. People who attended the launch this weekend were first in line to secure their dream home in this rare and beautiful part of the eastern suburbs. It really is a hidden gem, tucked between the hills and the city, with great views to the horizon from the entrance to the site and tranquil hills behind.

“With a choice of land, house and land, contemporary townhouses and boutique apartments, there’s something to suit everyone.”

Almost all the townhouses and many apartments in this first phase release have already sold out, totalling 72 properties of 94 released in stage one, bought by savvy early birds including young couples and downsizers, looking for that perfect lifestyle.

Close to all the best shopping, cafes and bars in the east, new residents will be able to enjoy open green space within the development, with landscaped reserves and an open-air amphitheatre built into the natural contours of the land. Morialta Conservation Park and Falls are right on the doorstep for walking trails and bike rides.

The name of the development builds on the heritage and history of the area, with landscaping and colour of plantings to reflect the tartan associated with each Scottish street name.

Damon said, “Hamilton Hill offers the right homes in the right place at the right time. We expect demand to remain high and recommend people continue to register as quickly as possible to avoid missing out.”
