Rapidly growing South Australian based Starfish Developments has completed its first interstate project with residents starting to move into Marina Drive in Ascot Waters, Perth this week.

The $16 million, 4 storey, 35 apartment development is the first of several projects to be completed by the company this year, with projects due for completion in 2016 valued at $120 million.

In addition, Starfish Developments will start or continue construction on a further $140 million of projects including Woodforde, its first land sub-division.

Starfish Developments, Managing Director, Damon Nagel said Marina Drive provides buyers with exceptional value and an exceptional lifestyle within a high quality, well designed, low rise apartment building.

“Marina Drive is near the water’s edge at Ascot Waters, and alongside the boardwalk which runs through the heart of the development,” said Mr. Nagel.

“Just 7kms from the CBD, Marina Drive features a grand lobby entrance, leading to 35 apartments over 4-storeys. Each apartment incorporates a spacious open plan living area, modern kitchen, large entertainment balcony and stunning views.

“Marina Drive has continued Starfish Developments relationship with architects Chasecrown with the design similar to the two companies’ first project together, the multi-award winning Avenue, St Clair.”

Marina Drive, like other Starfish Developments projects, sold quickly and allowed construction to start just 108 days after the project was launched to the market.

Despite only being five years old, Starfish Developments development and marketing model has allowed the company to grow quickly with $365 million of projects currently in development.

This includes Vue on King William, a $100 million project and Adelaide’s tallest residential building, which is due for completion next month.
