Starfish Developments is delighted to announce that bohem won four prestigious Urban Development Institute of Australia - South Australia (UDIASA) accolades at the 2018 UDIA SA Awards.

bohem gained recognition from the Judges for the following categories:

2018 High Density Award

2018 Urban Renewal Award

2018 Design Excellence Award

2018 Innovation In Development Award

Starfish Developments have now won the UDIA SA High Density Award - 3 out of the past 4 years.

The accolades illustrate the outstanding quality and lifestyle provided by bohem for residents. Not only in the standard of amenity and facilities but also location.

The south western district of the city where the building sits has attracted considerable private and government investment including redevelopment of the Adelaide Central Market and China Town.

A number of new enterprises have moved into the area, including creative industries, Arbour Kitchen on Bohem’s ground floor and a new microbrewery next door.

Starfish Developments has scooped two major UDIA (SA) Awards including the prestigious President’s Award. Starfish picked up the High Density Award for Avenue, St Clair, its first foray into apartment development, after the judges recognised the quality of the project’s design, vision and use of its unique location alongside St Clair Village and Railway Station.
