Vue releases Adelaide's highest Penthouses

Buyers have just two weeks to submit an offer for one of Adelaide’s premier penthouse apartments which will boast unparalleled views from the twenty-sixth and seventy-seventh storeys of the successful Vue on King William.

Strong interest is expected with only five penthouses going to market and reserve pricing starting from $1.05 million. The largest penthouse occupies more than 240 square metres including nearly 100 square metres of entertaining space.

The ‘best and final offer’ sales process for off the plan apartments hasn’t been used in Adelaide for many years and is indicative of the premier quality of Vue and market confidence in the project.

Three generous dual level 3-bedroom penthouses and two spacious dual level 2-bedroom penthouses being offered – all with two bathrooms, two car parks, high quality fixtures and fittings and market leading European appliances. The kitchens come fitted with lifestyle extras such as a Miele Wine Conditioner.

Each penthouse has its own rooftop private outdoor entertaining terrace incorporating a built-in kitchen fully equipped with a stainless steel BBQ, rangehood, stone bench tops and built in fridge.

The private terraces are accessed by a private internal staircase within each penthouse.

Construction work has already started on Vue with 94% of the project’s apartments already sold. The successful penthouse purchasers will be able to move into their luxury apartments in the middle of 2016.

Starfish Developments Managing Director Damon Nagel said this is the most anticipated local penthouse apartment release for more than a decade.

“Vue offers buyers the chance to live on the top floor of the city’s tallest residential building and enjoy a penthouse lifestyle not previously available in Adelaide,” said Mr Nagel.

“We’ve deliberately limited the number of penthouses at Vue to ensure some exclusivity for the successful buyers.”

Vue brings a new style of residential architecture to Adelaide with its 5 level podium, recessed Level 6 roof top garden, pool deck and recreation centre and 21 level glass frontage. It will feature 202 apartments and 5 penthouses. The building has been designed by leading architects Woods Bagot, led by Principal Gavin Kain, alongside Design Architect Enzo Caroscio and a South Australian team. The firm also drew on the expertise of its global studio network for the project.

Vue on King William is a joint venture between local development firm Starfish Developments and the Asian Pacific Group, developers of The Watson, Walkerville.
